- Competition Period
The Spring Spend & Win competition commences on 4th September 2026 and closes 5th
October 2026 at 3pm. - Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the
Promoter, participating retailers, their immediate families, and any agencies or contractors
directly involved in the promotion. - How to Enter
To enter, eligible customers must: - Spend $30 or more in a single transaction at a participating Port Central retailer during
the Competition Period; - Retain their original receipt as proof of purchase; and
- Complete the entry form via [Retailer counter / Concierge] and provide the required
details, and attach your receipt.
Each qualifying transaction constitutes one entry, unless otherwise stated. - Proof of Purchase
Entrants must retain their original receipt as proof of purchase. The Promoter may request the
original receipt or other reasonable evidence of the qualifying purchase before awarding the
prize.
Receipts may not be combined to meet the minimum spend requirement unless expressly
stated by the Promoter. - Entries
Entries must be received by the Promoter before the competition closes. Entries that are
incomplete, illegible, late or otherwise invalid may be deemed ineligible.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry and disqualify an entrant
where the Promoter reasonably believes the entrant has breached these Terms and Conditions
or otherwise tampered with the entry process. - Prize
Winner – $500 Port Central voucher, $100 Country Nails voucher, 2x tickets to Port Cup &
bouquet of flowers
Runner Up – $100 Country Nails voucher & $250 Port Central voucher, small bouquet of
flowers.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Any additional costs associated with using the prize, including travel, accommodation or other
expenses not specifically included in the prize description, are the responsibility of the winner. - Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition
Period.
The draw will take place at Port Central Shopping Centre on Monday 5th October at 5pm.
The winner will be notified by [phone/email] using the contact details provided at the time of
entry and may also be announced via Port Central’s social media channels and/or website. - Unclaimed Prize
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within [e.g. 7 days] of being
notified, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw. - Privacy
By entering the competition, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their
personal information for the purpose of administering the competition, contacting the winner
and, where applicable, conducting promotional activities relating to the competition.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. - General
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the competition or amend these
Terms and Conditions where necessary, subject to applicable laws.
The Promoter’s decision regarding the competition is final, subject to any rights available to
entrants under applicable Australian Consumer Law.
By entering the competition, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed
to these Terms and Conditions.
