When will Santa be at Gowings Port Central?



Santa will be in-centre available for photos from Sunday 30th November to Tuesday 23rd December, located on Level 1 in the Parents Hub.


Do I need to book a time or can I just walk in?



Bookings are mandatory for Santa Photos at Gowings Port Central. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, all sessions must be booked in advance.
Unfortunately, walk-ins are not accepted, so please make sure to secure your preferred time online before visiting.


How do I book my Santa photo session?

How long does each session take?



Each Santa photo session at Gowings Port Central lasts around 15 minutes in total — with approximately 10 minutes of professional photography and 5 minutes of special time for children to chat and engage with Santa.
This allows plenty of time to capture beautiful photos and create a memorable festive experience.


What photo packages are available?



We offer one simple and great-value photo package for Santa Photos at Gowings Port Central. Each session includes professional photography and a digital gallery of high-resolution images, beautifully captured and edited for you to download and share. There are no printed photos in this package, giving you the freedom to print or share your favourites however you like.

We do however offer different session types;

Santa Traditional – Create magical Christmas memories with our classic Santa photo experience. This session includes time for children to chat and share their wishes with Santa before capturing a series of professionally photographed moments.

Santa Paws – Bring your furry friends along for a Santa Paws session, where pets are part of the festive fun! These dedicated sessions allow your cats, dogs, or other well-behaved pets to join in for adorable, professional Christmas photos with Santa.


Are pets allowed in Santa photos?



Yes! Santa Paws sessions are available at Gowings Port Central, allowing you to include your furry family members in the festive fun. These special pet-friendly sessions are held on select dates and times, so be sure to check the schedule and book in advance. Pets are only allowed on the ground floor and must remain on a leash or in a carrier while in the centre for everyone’s safety and comfort. These may be removed once in the Santa space.


Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?



Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your booking. Just click the link in your booking confirmation email to manage your appointment. Changes or cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before your session. If you need further assistance, you can also contact the Gowings Port Central Customer Service team for support.

We do have a strict Cancellation Policy for cancellations less than 48 hours before the session time so should anything arise where you need to cancel, please do so with more than 48 hours notice.


How will I receive my photos?




Your photos will be delivered via a digital gallery, sent to you after your session at Gowings Port Central. You’ll receive a link from Silverquinn Productions to access and download your high-resolution, professionally captured images. From there, you can easily save, share, or print your favourite photos at your convenience.
Please allow up to 24 hours for photo delivery.

The Santa set at Gowings Port Central is located on the Level 1, in the Parents Hub.
